Hebron YDRC concluded the 'Masader' project in partnership with the Drosos Foundation, with an inspiring entrepreneurship competition marking the final milestone of this three-year project. Twelve participants presented their innovative projects, which were evaluated by a dedicated jury based on criteria such as business growth, innovation, pitch presentation, and strategic planning.
The competition celebrated three outstanding winners, each receiving a $9,000 grant to advance their projects:
"Green Word" Project by Mohamed Al-Muhtaseb, focused on recycling plastic waste into sustainable products to reduce environmental impact.
"Masader Pillow Project" by Loay Al-Jaabari, which produces high-quality, user-oriented pillows designed to enhance sleep comfort and support.
“Fish Farming Project” by Aisha Abu-Snaineh , which utilizes rainwater pooling on her farm to raise fish, promoting sustainable food production.
Throughout the project, participants undertook extensive training to build their entrepreneurial, management, and marketing skills, alongside tailored workshops to address their specific needs. This competition marked the conclusion of a journey that empowered youth to innovate and create positive impacts in their communities.
This project reflects Hebron YDRC’s commitment to economically empowering youth and fostering their positive engagement within their communities.
