Eng. Aiman Soltan Tamimi serves as the Vice President for Planning, Development, and External Affairs at Palestine Polytechnic University (PPU). In this role, he leads the development and coordination of PPU’s strategic plan and fosters multilevel partnerships with governmental and non-governmental organizations and donor agencies.
Mr. Tamimi oversees PPU’s international relations, facilitates the implementation of institutional strategies, sets and monitors goals, ensures operational efficiency, and communicates effectively with key stakeholders.
He works closely with the development team to identify funding opportunities and represents PPU and other higher education institutions in various national and international bodies, including the Quality Improvement Fund (QIF). He is also an active board member of several civic and community organizations, including:
Mr. Tamimi is a frequent speaker at conferences, a symposium organizer, and a contributor to academic and professional journals focusing on management and higher education. He also provides national-level consultation in management and education.
