Sara Jabari is a program and Monitoring & Evaluation manager working with international organizations. Originally from Hebron, she currently resides in Jerusalem. She holds a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature, a Master's degree in International Studies specialized in Diplomacy, and is currently pursuing her PhD in Conflict Resolution.
Sara has held several key positions in diverse organizations, including the United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA), Hebron Municipality, Médecins Sans Frontières (Doctors Without Borders), and served as the Program Director at the Palestinian Family Planning and Protection Association. In addition, she has been a lecturer at the Faculty of Law at Hebron University for several years.
Sara is a strong advocate for volunteerism. She is a board member of the Palestinian Child Home Club in Hebron and has volunteered as a mentor in the “Capacity Building for Local Council Members” program in partnership with the Ministry of Local Government and GIZ. She is also one of the founding members of the Jabari Family Women’s club and currently serves as the Chairwoman of the Board of Raseel Charitable Association for Children with Autism and Learning Disabilities.
Throughout her academic career, Sara has authored and co-authored several research papers, including a joint paper on Palestinian reconciliation, a study on family disputes in Palestine, and research on the impact of multiple identities on women in Jerusalem.
