Dr. Yousef Takrouri

Dr. Yousef Takrouri is the General Director of Al-Ahli Hospital in Hebron and President of the Palestine Hospitals Union (Private & NGO sector). He is a distinguished figure in Palestine’s healthcare sector, particularly in the southern West Bank.

With deep expertise in hospital administration and medical service development, Dr. Takrouri has led major initiatives to enhance healthcare infrastructure and improve patient care quality in Palestine.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, he played a key leadership role as a member of Hebron’s Higher Emergency Committee, helping coordinate the local response and establishing a dedicated COVID-19 testing laboratory.

Dr. Takrouri is also a strong advocate for medical education and institutional collaboration, working to build academic partnerships that benefit both the healthcare community and the wider public. His leadership is marked by vision, innovation, and unwavering dedication to the well-being of the Palestinian people.
