Hebron YDRC is a non-governmental organization founded in 1996 in Hebron. It works to develop and implement numerous high-quality youth projects and programs in the economic, social, cultural, and sports fields.
Hebron YDRC is seeking to hire full-time facilitators for the project: “Integrated Child Protection and Education in Emergencies for Children and Families Affected by Conflict and Displacement.” This project is implemented by the Hebron Youth Development Resources Center (HYDRC) in partnership with Terre des hommes – Switzerland (Tdh).
The project aims to strengthen child protection and improve access to psychosocial support and education in emergencies for children and families affected by conflict and displacement, through integrated community-based and capacity-building interventions. The project will be implemented in the following areas:
- Hebron - Yatta “Nrsan Cultural Center”
- Hebron - Dura “Future Youth Arms Forum”
- Bethlehem “Students Forum Institute”
- Tulkarem - Shweika Community Sports Club
- Nablus - Jabal al-Nar Club
- Jenin - Jenin Sports Club

Key responsibilities and tasks:
- Conduct sessions with children and adolescents according to approved guidelines.
- Manage interactive activities in a safe and organized manner.
- Create a safe environment that encourages participation and respect.
- Provide simple information about protection, mental health, and life skills.
- Monitor children's behavior and deal with any challenges within the session early on.
- Regularly submit field notes to the project team.
- Organize attendance lists and collect the required approvals.
- Coordinate with the project team on logistical needs.
- Immediately report any risks or indicators related to protection.
- Adhere to the code of conduct and all policies and procedures approved by the organization.
Job requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in education, social work, or a related field.
- At least two years of practical experience in providing psychosocial support to children.
- Ability to work in a team and communicate with beneficiaries.
- Good organizational and administrative skills.
- Ability to travel between provinces and work in different environments.
- Fluency in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
