The America House at Hebron YDRC concluded the “English for Travel” training, with over 40 young participants from Hebron Governorate taking part across two groups. The program consisted of five sessions for each group.
The training focused on equipping participants with practical English skills for real-life travel situations, including airports, hotels, restaurants, transportation, and shopping, through learning essential vocabulary and phrases in an interactive and engaging way. The sessions combined instructional presentations with hands-on activities, which actively involved participants and enhanced their confidence in using the language.
Participants praised the dynamic approach of the training, noting that it went beyond language learning to offer opportunities for interaction, collaboration, and exchanging ideas with peers, creating an inspiring and enjoyable environment.
The program aimed to support youth planning to study abroad, travel for tourism, or relocate to English-speaking countries. The training concluded with the awarding of certificates of participation to recognize the participants’ efforts and commitment.
