Hebron YDRC signed today, Monday, November 9, 2025, the partnership agreements for the “Partner to Empower” Project, implemented in collaboration with the DROSOS Foundation.
The signing ceremony was attended by members of YDRC’s Board of Directors, executive management, and staff, as well as representatives of the partner community organizations and their administrative boards.
The event opened with welcoming remarks by Mr. Kifah Al-Sharif, Vice Chairman of YDRC’s Board of Directors, who emphasized the importance of the project in supporting and economically empowering Palestinian youth. He also expressed appreciation for DROSOS Foundation’s trust in YDRC and its local partners.
Mr. Anas Alsarabta, Programs Director at YDRC, delivered an overview of the project’s phases and implementation mechanisms, noting that the signing of agreements with partner organizations marks a concrete step toward launching field activities in the upcoming phase.
The meeting also featured remarks from representatives of the partner organizations, who expressed their enthusiasm to strengthen collaboration with YDRC to achieve the shared goals of empowering youth and fostering sustainable economic opportunities within local communities.

Hebron Women’s Association
This signing marks an important step in the early implementation phase of the three-year project, which aims to empower 1,000 young men and women from marginalized groups through training, networking, and institutional capacity building — contributing to sustainable economic development across Hebron Governorate.
