Hebron YDRC Hosts Ramadan Iftar for Orphaned Children in Hebron

Hebron YDRC hosted a Ramadan Iftar for orphaned children in the city of Hebron. The event was organized by the Palestinian Businessmen Forum in cooperation with the Pioneers Women in Media Cooperative, with the participation of several community figures and members of the boards of the participating institutions.

More than 100 orphaned children attended the event accompanied by their families, in an atmosphere filled with joy and happiness. The initiative aimed to bring smiles to the children’s faces and strengthen the values of social solidarity and community support during the holy month of Ramadan.

The program included entertainment segments and interactive competitions for the children, in addition to the distribution of gifts and both cash and in-kind prizes provided by institutions and members of the General Assembly of the Palestinian Businessmen Forum. The initiative reflects the spirit of giving and social responsibility toward the most vulnerable groups in society.

Iftar meals were provided with the support of Snack Corner Restaurant and Nashmi Restaurant, while desserts were offered by Luqmati Sweets. The organizing bodies expressed their appreciation and gratitude to these establishments for their contributions to the success of the initiative.

During a welcoming speech at the event, Kifah Al-Sharif, President of, emphasized that hosting this initiative comes as part of Hebron YDRC community mission to support children and promote the values of social solidarity, especially in light of the difficult circumstances facing Palestinian society.

For his part, Ahmed Ghazi Al-Qawasmi, President of the Palestinian Businessmen Forum, stated that this initiative is part of the forum’s social responsibility programs, which it places high importance on. He also highlighted the importance of strengthening partnerships between civil society organizations and the private sector to implement community initiatives that support those most in need.

At the end of the event, the organizers expressed their appreciation to all supporting and participating parties, stressing the importance of continuing such humanitarian initiatives that promote the values of generosity and solidarity within the community.
