project, supported by National Democratic Institute (NDI )and funded by USAID, aims to strengthen democratic governance by engaging youth, women, marginalized groups, local governments, and civil society organizations in Hebron.
Active across six areas, the project partners with five municipalities, four civil organizations, and 200–250 community members to implement activities such as youth training, community dialogues, digital hackathons, advocacy workshops, accountability sessions, and a final youth summit. Using digital tools and positive deviance models, it promotes inclusive participation and sustainable governance.
Running from November 2024 to October 2025, the project combines immediate community impact with long-term democratic outcomes, guided by a robust monitoring and evaluation plan.
