Hebron Youth Development Resources Center (HYDRC) – Palestinian Child Club is a non-governmental organization established in 1996 in Hebron, Palestine. The organization develops and implements a wide range of specialized youth programs and projects in the economic, social, cultural, and sports sectors.
With reference to the above, HYDRC announces a tender for the supply, installation, and commissioning of an integrated filtering and protection system for an FM radio broadcasting station, in accordance with the terms and specifications outlined in the tender documents. This tender is issued under the “Resilient Voices” Project, supported by the French Media Development Agency (CFI) and Expertise France, and funded by the European Union (EU). The project aims to strengthen the capacity of independent Palestinian media to produce high-quality, fact-based, inclusive, and pluralistic journalism, while empowering young people to be creative and active decision-makers within the media sector.
