Project Coordinator

The Palestinian Child Club – Youth Development Resources Center is a non-governmental organization established in 1996 in the city of Hebron. It works on developing and implementing a variety of specialized youth projects and programs in the economic, social, cultural, and sports fields.

The center is seeking to hire a Project Coordinator for the project "Strengthening Youth and Family Resilience and Wellbeing through Psychosocial Support” This project aims to strengthen the resilience of youth and families in Hebron Governorate and improve their protection and psychosocial wellbeing by implementing integrated community interventions in the fields of psychosocial support and protection. These interventions contribute to building life skills, promoting positive coping mechanisms, providing safe and supportive environments, and encouraging active community participation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the day-to-day implementation of all project activities.
  • Develop and follow detailed activity plans and schedules.
  • Supervise facilitators, trainers, and volunteers.
  • Ensure compliance with donor standards, safeguarding, and protection principles.
  • Coordinate beneficiary outreach, selection, and documentation.
  • Monitor progress against indicators and targets.
  • Prepare narrative reports and regular updates for the donor.
  • Coordinate with the Finance and Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) teams.
  • Support risk management and adaptive planning.
  • Commitment to comply with the Code of Conduct and all approved organizational policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications:

  • University degree in social work, psychology, education, public health, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years experience in humanitarian or development projects
  • Strong experience in MHPSS, youth work, or protection programs
  • Proven experience with donor funded projects, or similar INGOs
  • Strong reporting and coordination skills
  • Fluent Arabic. Good English required
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
